Adult Ministry

Adult Study and Prayer will be held Wednesday evenings at AbbyFree beginning September 14 at 6:30pm. Gordon Moorhouse will start us off, and we hope to have several diffent features / leaders / topics throughout the year. Two upcoming seminars, each four-sessions, are a parenting semar in November and a marriage seminar in February ’02.

Men’s Ministry

The once-a-month Men’s Prayer Breakfast will resume soon on Tuesday mornings. More information to follow!

The Men’s Advance is coming up March 23-25, 2012. Come be challenged to live for God and domonstrate Christ-like living! Join us for this rewarding weekend $175 per person. For more information download the brochure and registration form.

Women’s Ministry

Women of Worth (“WOW”) starts up again one Friday a month in the Student Centre at AbbyFree. This month, we will meet on Friday, September 23 for a 9:30am brunch. The theme is “The Spiritual Senses: See, Hear, Touch, & Savor (smell).” For more information contact Aime Handy. We are looking forward to seeing YOU!

The two ladies Bible studies are underway. One group meets Monday nights 7-9pm and the other group meets Thursday mornings 9:30-11:30 am. It is never too late to join in. Both groups are doing a Beth Moore study called the Patriarchs.

Community Groups

At AbbyFree we believe in community because we were created for it.  We were created for community for the glory of Jesus and for our great joy.  So we gather in ‘Community Groups’ with friends and neighbors to live together and experience the gospel in ways we can’t on our own.

Community Groups are a place for you to feel safe and wrestle with the truths of the Bible, to love one another, to serve the city and to participate in the mission of God for AbbyFree.  So we want to invite you to join a group today.
