To provide a prayer cover for the ministry of women and to connect them one-on-one as prayer partners to encourage authentic, God-centered relationships where growth takes place and God's power is evident in and through each woman.

Prayer Pals

The women of Abby Free have had a "secret sister" program for a number of years. During that time, many women expressed interest in having a prayer partner who is not a secret - someone with whom they can meet or call to mutually share requests and support one another in prayer. To that end, Prayer Pals was launched in December 2006.

The women of our church are all at different stages and places in their lives, with diverse needs and desires. Some want a prayer partner with whom to share requests and support one another in prayer over the phone or email. Others prefer to meet face-to-face with their partner to share and pray together. Still other women want to take that relationship one step further and have mutual accountability as part of their partnership.

Send an email or call if you'd like to connect with a Prayer Pal. You'll be asked to complete a simple form so that you can be matched with a woman who has similar expectations and needs. A set of guidelines will also be provided to help you make this a growth experience.

Prayer Warriors

We also invite you to contact us if you would like to join the Prayer Warriors to pray specifically for the ministries of our Abby Free Women. This does not require meetings. You and the other Prayer Warriors will regularly receive a list of prayer items.
